Rentesuauto.com commits, once payment for the services acquired has been received, to send the client an electronic document (voucher paperless) as proof that Rentesuauto.com received the reservation payment. This (voucher paperless) will be sent via email with the indicated name and surname, and all reservation details. This document (voucher paperless) can only be used once and is a legitimate document that must be accepted by our providers in this case Payless Rent a Car, Budget Rent a Car, or Avis Rent a Car, worldwide and especially at the stations where the client will pick up the car.
The customer expressly and unconditionally authorizes and irrevocably authorizes Rentesuauto.com to charge the company's credit card for the charges indicated on this form through the credit card of their choice, at the time of completing all requested data and accepting the financial payment transaction, therefore, waiving any subsequent claims as they understand and accept the conditions mentioned here.
The payment agreed upon by the customer is for the car rental service for the location indicated by him, with the information provided and agreed upon previously between both parties: Customer and Rentesuauto.com, reflected by a specific confirmation number provided in the (voucher paperless).
All transactions reflected in this form are understood and accepted by both parties to be exclusively in US Dollars (USD $). In case the reservation confirms a price in another currency, a conversion will be made into (USD $) at the selling exchange rate of the currency on the day of payment, therefore, the customer must pay the exchange difference if any at the time of returning the car.
The customer is aware and accepts that only additional charges not included, such as gasoline, child seat, navigation system, or any item not included in the E voucher must be paid on arrival. The lessee must comply with all requirements and conditions of Rentesuauto.com and/or its providers regarding age, credit card, and driver's license.
The voucher (voucher paperless) is non-endorsable. If the reservation has already been paid and was not used, on the date and at the station shown in the document (voucher paperless) delivered to the client, the client must send a written note to Rentesuauto.com requesting a refund with a copy of the (voucher paperless). Rentesuauto.com must verify that the reservation was not used and, in that case, will proceed to refund to the same credit card with which the service was paid. An administrative fee of $25 applies.
The customer has a maximum of 30 days after the pickup date to request a refund. Some confirmed rates are NON-refundable or NON-endorsable, in this case, the customer expressly understands and accepts that condition.
All information provided by the customer in terms of name, card type, and card number will be used only once to process the payment with our credit card processors. The entire transaction is carried out on a secure site verified by www.thawte.com with a 128-bit SSL security certificate that the customer can verify before making any transaction on our site. Transactions cannot be viewed by third parties. The Rentesuauto.com website and the security certificate are owned by Rentesuauto.com and its records are up to date.
Rentesuauto.com agrees not to disclose to any person any confidential information resulting from the booking process. They confer total confidentiality status on this information.
