Through our website, you can pay for your reservation by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Diners and American Express).

 

All our transactions are in USD, depending on your nationality the charges in your account statement may be reflected in local currency. All our payments are processed by BAC Credomatic.

If your booking is not prepaid, you may cancel it at any time. Just search for your reservation with your last name and confirmation number and follow the corresponding steps from the “Cancel” option.

 

In case your reservation is prepaid, you must contact our Reservation Center to process the cancellation and refund for this transaction.

If the reservation has already been paid and was not used, on the date and at the office indicated in the document given to the reservation holder, you must contact our Reservation Center requesting the corresponding reimbursement as long as the reservation does not have an open contract number. In this case, the refund will be made to the same credit card used to pay for the reservation and an administrative charge of USD 25 will be applied.


The client has a maximum of 30 days after the start date of the reservation to request a refund. Some confirmed rates are NOT refundable, in this case the client understands and expressly accepts this condition.

- Security Deposit: A hold will be placed on your credit card as a guarantee at the time of pick-up. The amount will be defined only by the rental company at the time of pick-up and is refunded upon return of the vehicle. It is usually reflected in your account statement, between 1 to 2 weeks after the delivery of the car.


- Driver's License: Present a valid driver's license (Latin Alphabet) issued in your country of origin. Please note that if your license is not in Latin Alphabet, you must present an international driver's license along with your driver's license. This permit is considered a mandatory requirement in some parts of the United States (Atlanta) and Europe. Please confirm this information with the corresponding entity before traveling.


- Credit Card: The reservation holder must have a credit card in his/her name. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.


- Minimum age: The main driver must be over 25 years old. If under 25 years of age contact info@rentesuauto.com


- Present a valid passport.

The amount of the security deposit may vary according to the season, destination and category of car. This amount will be confirmed by the rental company at the time of pick-up.

 

The reservation holder must have a credit card in his/her name and sufficient funds for the security deposit.

 

The block will be released upon return of the rental car. However, it may take up to 15 business days for the money to be reflected on the credit card holder's statement.
